The Peanut Ball from Sensory Sensations is a great therapeutic resource to build core strength, balance and flexibility. The unique peanut shape means it can only move in two directions, such as forwards and backwards but not side to side. This means that there is greater stability, making it ideal for people who struggle with balance and low gross motor skills.
