ARK Therapeutic

ARK Therapeutic is an American company that has developed an extensive line of innovative therapy products for oral motor development, sensory integration, oral defensiveness, texture aversions, fine motor, drinking, feeding, chewing, and more.

Developed by a practicing US Speech Pathologist, these tools have been successfully used in therapeutic intervention for individuals of all ages and cognitive abilities, particularly those with an articulation disorder, feeding disorder, and/or sensory issues.

All ARK Therapeuetic chewelry can be used by both kids and adults and can be used as a safe, discreet alternative to chewing on shirt sleeves, collars, pencils, fingers and nails to help calm, focus, and self-regulate.

All ARK chews come in colour-coded toughness levels:

Standard Strength
Colours: Magenta, Red and Dark Blue
For those who like chewing on clothing or fingers
Medium Strength [XT]
Colours: Lime Green, Teal, Black & Hot Pink
Firmer, but still chewy. Best for moderate chewing
Extra Strong [XXT]
Colours: Royal Blue, Lavender, Forest Green and Orange
The most firm chewable for those who like to chew on fairly rigid items, these are the longest lasting options for very avid chewing.
Please check our full range to see the colour and design options available for each product.

CAUTION: Direct adult supervision is required at all times of use.  The products created by ARK Therapeutic are not toys. The clasp and cord are not intended for chewing.    Please be aware that some Chewelry contains small parts that may pose a choking hazard. Not recommended for children under 5 years. Although these chew tools are made from sturdy, medical grade materials, they are not indestructible. Some individuals (particularly those with heavy oral needs and aggressive biting/chewing) may be able to damage the tools.  Please supervise use at all times and replace if necessary when the item shows signs of wear and tear.  If your child will chew on the cord and/or clasp, the Grabber will be a better fit for him/her.
