The Educational Colours Dual Control Scissors have been especially developed to assist children, particularly those that may have issues grasping and controlling single hold pairs of scissors.
The child places their fingers in the loops closest to the blades whilst the adult places their fingers over the child’s, into the outer loops. When operating the scissors, the adult should be encouraging the user in how to make the movements that would help with cutting so that they learn how to do it for themselves.
The Educational Colours Dual Control scissors have round ended safety blades that are 160mm long. The safety blades minimise any potential accidents from sharp pointed scissors.
